Default Classic Rear Strut

Hi to all & thanks in advance for any help
The issue I have found are both rear strut turrets have large rusted area in them on the panel facing outwards. As I am in the West Midlands could someone recommend a reputable welder who has previously repaired these areas of rot

You will find it has rusted on the inside in areas you cannot see too. It's a pretty massive job to fix. Do a search you you will find pics of what lurks underneath.
