TY754 is the box that will be a direct replacement that is stronger.
More down to the fact that the casing has less flex
VB represents a JDM not Euro/UK spec.
So a TY754VBxxx box.
Some people like to keep boxes and rear diffs together as a set and fit them as a set.
As they have worked and worn together. Personaly I have never botheresd and never had any problems.
Final drive is 4.111
About midway down this chart you will see TY754VB boxes that match 4.111

Many Thanks for the input bud, appreciated, so looking at that chart i could fit a TY754VB1AA gearbox from a 99-00 WRX , all gear ratios the same except reverse which on my 752 box is 3.416 and on the 754 box is 3.333.
It says the 754 box uses 8 bellhousing fixing point whereas my 752 box only uses 4, so do you know if the 754 box fits as a direct replacement ( do i just use the 4 fixing points i would use for the 752 box ?)
Cheers again bud
