Default Boost and maf

Hi All,

I have got myself an ecutek ecu mapped to cone filter, fmic and exhaust.

Spoke to the guy who I bought it off he said it was running 285 bhp at 2 bar of boost. Would this be right? If this is right my car is only running standard boost.

Also was thinking of changing my maf as it havent got a record of it being done, my car is a 2000 plate uk classic, do I need to change the whole thing or is it an insert?

Thanks in Advance
Beckie

yep. tried exactly the same with my old ecu, ran rich on mine, lean on a mates, so bad dyno operator terminated the pull before engine got damaged

also 2 bar off boost is absolute tosh, most people running 2bar are over 600bhp.

yeah, only thing you will save by buying another ecu is the license fee, assuming it works etc
