Happy new year jay, hope you had a good one mate.
255lph pump will be ok for the power you are looking for,the pump alone will not give you any extra power,if it's the original pump you have in then it's always good to put a new one in and a 255 is a nice upgrade. For extra power you will need to put your 440 injectors on if you haven't already,a nice panel filter or induction kit/cone,decat zorst(depends on how far you want to go?)then the all important remap.

Yes you need a remap for different injectors (If already remapped then a tweek to the map). Unless you have a later car which already have 440's.
