Default slight squealing when turning

Ok i know its a stupid question but when i give full lock on the steering wheel I'm getting a slight squeal
im hoping it might just be a slipping belt but thought someone might know if the power steering pump makes any noises if it's on it's way out

Thanks in advance

Could be pump if it's only doing it on full lock. Easy enough for a competent mechanic to diagnose. Otherwise it's most likely the belt which is a cheap and easy fix.

Similar to mine & it was found to be the power steering pump, changed the belt at the same time.
