What phase injectors do i have ?

(been in the shed a few years)
The 1st pic are the injectors in my car
The 2nd pic is a spear manifold.
which pic is Phase 1 and 2 injectors ?
if i have phase 1 ,both are 440cc so will i gain anything from changing to (refurbished) phase 2?
appreciate any help
