Hi there as the title says I was wondering what a vf22 unit would give me power wise on the 2.5 block , I have read that they can't take much boost above 350 bhp , some people have pushed them to 400 bhp? Could this be achieved if I got it rebuilt with new bearings and a bullet compressir wheel ?

 

There are much better and newer turbos around these days. Vf's can have compressor wheels fail at high boost.
