Default waterpump replacement

When I purchased my car, it was said in the listing and there is proof with receipts that the cambelt was changed, but no mention of the water pump.

I think my water pump is on the way out, makes a strange sound when turning the car on.

How much do you think a garage would charge to change the water pump? not sure what is a good price for work like that?

second question, is it worth doing the cambelt at the same time? although it was changed at 40,000 and I'm on 70,000 ?
