Default Sandwich Plate

I'm looking for a sandwich plate for my 2000 classic so I can fit an oil temp and pressure gauge. Where does a decent one?

Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oo!

Please don't.

The best places to fit the senders are where subaru INTENDED them to be.

The oil pressure sender goes where the stock oil pressure SWITCH is, either replacing it, or fitted using an extension piece that allows it to fit if it's physically too big, or for some reason you want to retain the stock switch.

Like this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Oil-Temp-O...item418a4ddcf6

The oil temperature sender goes in the tappings above cylinder No3, which is known to get hottest, so is more important.
It fits using the brass coloured part in the centre of the kit above, which is an adpator.

there are others out there, cheaper maybe, try searching ebay.

Just put the senders in the best places...or why bother with gauges?

Would you have pics of where these places are? I'm fairly new to Scoobies, so don't want to get it all wrong!
