Got a pic of your install, not sure why exactly you need to relocate your filter.
Which resonator? The one in the inner wing, or the one between the MAF and turbo inlet?
Inner wing, just throw it away. Between the turbo and MAF, yes, but you need to put a filter on the idle control valve. IIRC, I'd have to check, the vac pipe IIRC goes to the boost control solenoid.

As you can see, it comes with a resonator delete pipe.
How is the fit on the pipe from the turbo outlet? I'd never been happy with how mine was. A bit of cutting and some silicon pipe later, I had from how it looked above, going under the cooled charge pipe. To this:
