Default strut torque

hello fitting a gen sti strut brace to my 98 classic just want to no what torque setting the nuts have to be going on the the struts also do i need to adjust the bar nuts or leave them?

They ain't that tight at all, otherwise you may pull the stud out of the top mount then you're in trouble

3/4 drive socket and just judge by effort required to loosen it's only something like 20lbft torque on them
