Default 95 WRX feeling a bit lumpy..

Hi guys, as It says in the title, my wrx is feeling a little bit lumpy and sometimes misfires when on boost. Also sometimes when I start it up even when the engine is hot it doesn't idle properly and drops to around 500rpm and sounds like its stuggling to idle, all tho it doesn't do this everytime. And also when driving at around 2500rpm and I go to accelerate normaly it just feel a bit flat.

Ive got no warning lights up or any funny noises from the engine and turbo is boosting as it should, my first ideas maybe coilpack?

Thanks

Yea that was my suspicion aswell, thanks for confirming that . Are brand new ones expensive? And also are they fairly easy to fit?

Take a picture, is it on the top of manifold?

Mine was super easy, you can buy cheap Chinese ones off gay bay, i did, cost around £40 still works well, but you can pay double that if you want a decent one

Hi mate

Yea I sorted it, turned out there was a inch long split underneath on the air intake pipe just past the maf sensor which was not clearly visible by just looking, I just noticed it by chance when I was taking it off! So replaced with a new one and now all is back to normal hope this helps
