Default Power Loss

Hi all, i have a blob wrx with de-cat dp, blitz nur spec r, induction kit and walbro fuel pump.

The issue i have is sometimes in runs great, others it sounds like it boosting but no turbo push in your seat power. its like theres no boost but still getting the sound.
today i put my foot down, got the 'no power but turbo sound, then all of a sudden it was like a switch kicked in and threw me back.

Sorry if im not making much sense lol. any ideas, doing my head in at mo

and always run a v-power or tesco 99

Been mapped? If not that's 'probably' the answer.

mapped with a 2.5" exhaust (vortex)

edit** just to be clear. it was mapped with all the above, except exhaust has changed from the 2.5"vortex to nur spec r
