Default Lambda / O2 Sensor Help

Hi All,

Had a CEL on my Bug WRX... P0031 HO2S Heater Control Circuit Low (Bank 1 Sensor 1) so I checked it out and yup one of the wires on my sensor was basically snapped off so I replaced the sensor, however I am still getting the code. I suspect the fuse or relay has blown where the bare wire has shorted to the chassis, anyone any idea where the fuse is that needs replacing?

Apparently the fuses are in the passenger side behind the dash. You have to lay down on the floor looking upwards from the foot well and you should see them. 15amp from what I read.
