Default Serious airflow problem. Possible tumbler balve?

Been havin some serious issues with my 05 blob eye. to start with it wasnt runnin right and was lyk it was hittin a limiter when hittin a bar of boost. Now you can hardly hit 4000 rpm. And half a bar. Had it plugged in and it was showing airflow issues. Th guy reckond possible th tumbler valve is choked. Was wantn an oppinion or anyone else that has had a similar problem before i put it into a garage which is goin to cost me 50quid an hour to chase down a fault.
