Hi,

i was wondering if anyone can help me.

when driving on a motorway and only when on a motorway i get a cel light come on and ive checked it with the app (torque) on my phone and everytime its the same code


does anyone know if this is the front sensor or the one on the downpipe, i have a standard up pipe and a sportscat downpipe but it never faills the MOT test

Just a thought. If it's an aftermarket sports cat and hasn't been mapped for this mod then it is likely this will be throwing up the code. Maybe running a little rich in 5th gear cruising?
People will say you won't need a remap for sportcat downpipe but the majority will tell you it does due to different exhaust flow to the oem pipe

 

thanks for that ossett2k2, didnt really think id need a remap for a sportscat but i do intend to get one in the future, and it is weird that it only comes on while on the motorway
