ok so I have a my98 sti type r and my engine threw a big end bearing (surprise!) I am currently getting another engine but now the guy asked me if i want to pay extra for a v-limited engine vs having the normal sti engine for my car.. as far as i know the engines for all the sti models of ver4 (my98) are the same. i looked it up and theres two engine codes. for type r it is ej20KDW7PR (mine has that) and type ra has EJ20KDW7PJ. is there a difference with the J vs R? I just want a direct swap. Thanks
