Default New TD05 going on today

What sort of power return can i expect from the bigger TD05 turbo coupled with the mods i already have?

Also fitted today were:

Walbro 255 pump,
Fuel pressure regulator,
Electronic boost control.

Previously fitted.

Full turbo back decat system,
Japspeed front mounted intercooler,
lightweight pullies
K&N performance cone filter
Bailey's atmospheric dump valve.

Did have the PPP on but with changing the sucky and blowey side of things, its probably irrelevany now!

330-340 is realistic if its getting mapped to bring all the mods together.

Probably a wrecked engine....

If you are going to drive it with all those mods then drive it off boost carefully to the mapping location. Driving around with that many changes is asking for trouble without a remap.

Td05 in what version (16g,18g,20g,billet or non billet)?
440cc injectors will max out around 350 even with fpr......your engine and gearbox might also not like new power and torque:P

+1 regarding driving befor remap or you will regret it.

as others have said you need to have it remapped to bring it all together bud. with all those changes the air and fuel ratios will be well off and the ecu will be confused as hell as it doesnt know about all the changes and different turbo etc so will still be sending the origional parameters for the old turbo and the air and fuel mixes etc. 440 injectors would have been a good idea as well as the 380cc grays will max out somewhere around 300bhp if not slightly less. you need an esl board fitted or an apexi ecu and commander and have it mapped to suit the mods.
