I'm still having issues with my exhaust,can someone advise me what fitment my blitz is? Is it a classic or newage? My downpipe is a twinscroll and has been chopped to a 2.5" flange to fit the nur spec. I've heard the centre section is a classic fitment so does anyone know the length of the blitz with centre section and backbox together in classic and newage.

im sure someone else will be along who knows more but I did read recently that blitz did two nur spec types - r and s iirc - I think basically one of them can only be used easily with a full blitz exhaust and the other one can join an oem type exhaust - think they made the rear box a diff length to encourage people to buy the whole system

Well it's definately an R,the different sized backbox would explain why the backboxes I've tried don't fit then...aaaaaah that helps things. So all I really need to know is as it's a twinscroll is the blitz a newage or classic.

 

like I say im far from an expert and very new to scoobs but glad to hear that might of helped explain a little - I think theres an extra hanger for classic exhausts that isn't used on newage ( again may be the other way round) - might help identify what you have if blitz also have this extra hanger ( need more googling to be sure)
