Default bottom hose clamp bolt snapped

Hi I'm trying to replace my Rad, and when going to take the bottom rad hose off, the bolt on the clamp has sheared off.

Anyone have any tips on how I can get around this?
The clamp is a 2 wire type clamp (best way I can describe it) It snapped off while the clamp is still secure, which means I cant do anything. I've tried some small wire cutters to see if I can cut through the wire clamp, but there's not enough room to get a decent grip. It's always the little things that cause the most problems lol

Any ideas greatly appreciated

the clamp is like this:

cheers
Alex

the trouble i've had trying to do this.. 1st the clamp bolt snaps, then i loose a bolt right under the figgin inlet manifold, spent about an hour trying to fish it out, then went to fit the new aluminium rad, only to discover it doesnt fkin fit! Its too bulky on the sides so the chassis near the bottom rad hose keeps fouling it and not allowing the pins/grommets to line up.
