Default Stalling at junctions

hi guys been having a problem where my car stall at junctions hopefully someone can help.

96 sti ra
power fc
avcr
fmic
whalbro fuel pump
induction cone
550cc nismos
tdo5
newage coilpacks
3" de catted exhaust
Does anyone know what the exact voltages are for my sensors. engine on and off that I can read from the power fc.

tried taking icv out and cleaning
swapped mafs
turned icv to help stalling but is only a temp fix
checked for air leaks
new plugs

car is spot on otherwise

It would still be a major help if someone could tell me sensor voltages to read on my power fc tho
