Default can I replace HS ported header with standard without a remap ?

As title says...

I have cracked my HS ported head, it cracked in the collector.

Seems very difficult to get hold of another ported one, and car is not a pleasure now...

So I was wondering, what if I replace it with a standard collector. I am just unsure if it will need a remap. I'd not change the rest, only the collector.

Give Alyn at AS Performance a ring. Yours may be repairable, or he will be able to replace it.

min 3 weeks to get another one - out of stock

It is broken heavily right in the middle and the metal changed color to dark red, I am pretty sure it is "done"

I think I will just fit a standard one and do some data logging from the ecu to test for any issues... but if anybody knows better, I am open for ideas

I would imagine the standard manifold does not flow as well as the ported setup, so you may find the car runs a little richer on the standard manifold due to the reduced flow. Ideally you would want the map altered to suit the new manifold
