Can I ask I have seen some Subaru with the number plate at the front is in the bumper. Is that to let as much cold air in as poss. & being at the angle it is at is it legal . Or is it wear u fit a front intercooler u have to do that .
It looks good that way but by doing it that way could stones come up and put holes in my rad.
