Default Help needed car not running after mod

Hi every one
I'm new on here and I'm after some advice please,
I brought a uk2000 running sweet at 270 bhp anyways decided to buy a few mods for it, front mount, td05h, and a walbro fuel pump I decided to fit the front mount, so it's on I then drove the car home and on the way home the car cut out no throttle response just cut out, I have made sure there was no leaks from the front mount. The car will start but then cuts out again and smells really fuely? HELP
Thanks in advance peeps

Just fitting a FMIC should not cause issues to normal running that badly. You should still be able to drive the car but it's only recommended to drive off of boost and as little as possible until remap as you have changed something quite significant. I would say you have done something wrong in fitting it. Or left a plug or vac pipe disconnected somewhere/connected one wrong.

Detailed photo's may help.

Don't forget to remap after you have done all that, otherwise your car is pretty much dead after

But if you just changed the front mount I'm guessing you have either disconnected or chopped something

I would see if any fault codes are showing

Yeah they are very delicate and will ruin your day if they fail. As you have gone FMIC what have you done about the MAF? Induction kit? If you have changing pipe work or the MAF location then the MAF itself may be fine but it doesn't like the new setup.

I have not moved any thing to do with the maf and it's got a performance filter on it but it's the one that was on it when I brought the car just a cheap one I think I will change if needed
