Default Fitting japspeed headers with built in up pipe

So the upipe is part of the headers and doesn't separate, and I can't for the life of me see how to get the up pipe through the engine bay with it attached to them. Anyone ever fitted or know how it can be done? Before anyone starts, I know they're cheap etc if you're going to comment and say I need to buy some others then don't bother. Thanks.

Not sure if it will give enough clearance but undo the engine mount nuts on the front subframe. You may have to move the ARB to get to them. Then jack the engine up a bit. Once its up wedge something between the engine mounts and subframe (thin bit of wood) to keep it up. The higher you go the more room you will have. Beware if you go more then an inch or so the engine mount bolts will pop out of the subframe and take some wiggling to get back in.

Make sure as you jack you don't tear any hoses or wires.
