Will a cobra back box be louder or the same as a miltek box?

They can me made as loud/quiet as you like.

Or are you thinking buying a ready made one?

If I am not mistaken Cobra made the exhausts for Prodrive so I would expect a "standard" system to be equivalent to a Prodrive backbox which is quieter than a Miltek.

But this is just an assumption.

Just the box, I currently have a 3" down pipe and centre, with the miltek,

 

I have a full cobra custom made system on, with a high flow 100 cell cat and 5" tail pipe and it is very loud. To the point where I dont drive late at night out of respect for the neighbours.
I've not heard a miltek before tho.
I would compare the sound of mine to a blitz nur spec if that helps
