Default What will be needed for me to achieve 380+bhp from 338bhp?

I didn't realise the STI engines were good for more than 350bhp until yesterday.
I know the gearbox and clutch aren't good for more than 350bhp but I don't drive like a hero, so I was thinking after I've upped the power I could save for a 6spd conversion, even if the 5spd went bang I wouldn't lose too much as they seem to go for peanuts.

Here's my current engine spec:

V4 Sti engine made 338bhp & 320ft lb Torque

ESL - Mapped by Duncan @ RaceDynamix

VF28 turbo from v6 sti

Greddy front mount and alloy hard pipe kit/greedy hose

AEM tru boost controller and AEM 3 port sol valve

Walbro 255 fuel pump

Roger Clark Motorsport Large Air Filter Cone (Mapped for MAF-LESS)

3" Stainless downpipe

Power Enginering equal manifold stainless

Wr Sport stainless exhaust
---------------------------------------------

What do you think would be needed to take it to 380+Bhp?

I'm thinking 20g turbo
550 Injectors
Map tweak
3" straight through exhaust?

You would need something like an SC36 turbo, 550cc injectors and a remap

But given the choice I would go a little larger on the injectors.
650's give you a little more headroom when you decide you stil want more.

I think 550s will be fine wont they? As I still want to keep it on stock internals & Box.

Will the 2.5" Exhaust be restrictive at this power?

550s will be fine to about 400bhp give or take, you can run a 2.5" zorst to over 450bhp so I would save them pennies

The 550's in itself will be fine, I myself like a lower dutycycle a slightly larger injector gives you.
