anyone used the 3.5 aps system on a classic?

anyone used the 3.5 aps system on a classic?
just wondering as its upswept, does this cause an issue with fitting it to a classic at all? the newage have cut outs in the bumper and i wouldn't be able to lower the exhaust due to minimal ground clearance
