Default crank issues

Hi peeps
basically my00 subaru impreza
has decided to spin a shell
and I am in need of a new crank.
as people dont recommend regrinding these cranks.
where the best place to get a crank.
aint got mega bucks.

AS performance or take pot luck on a second hand engine, cranks do come up on here from time to time, but even if you DIY engine build you will struggle to do it for less than £1200 so you may as well look at an STI engine off one of the reputable breakers off here, Mattybr5 would be my choice.

Import car parts. A nitrided one will set you back about £500 or £600 with a new set of bearings. You won't get much cheaper then that new.
