I've just put engine and loom from a 98 impreza 2.0 awd sport into my Rewaco trike but having difficulty with the ecu and wiring. I cannot seem to find a lot about the technical side of scooby's online, found yourselves and want to ask some questions.

I'm told that all wiring goes through the speedo binnacle and if a plug is removed the engine will cut?? I want to know if it's possible to bypass this if it is the case.

I would also like to bypass the immobiliser, recognising that it's not appropriate to post such details on a public forum however i'd be happy to pm anyone or vice versa.

All was fine prior to engine removal with no issues what so ever and the engine ran well

If anyone can help i'd be much appreciated as it's doin ma head in!!!!!
