Had the screen pulled today as it was leaking and suspected a bit of rust lifting the seal. Turned out to be a bit more than I thought I'd find but all sorted now.













Prime & paint tomorrow and have a brand new screen in Friday.

 

My old blob had the same problem tiny bit of welding on the lip was done

 

Has it been replaced before?

 

Yes mate 8 years ago that'll be when the paint got damaged originally.
