Cheers Shreksta, I used this brush, which is the best cleaning brush ive ever owned and i used muc off motorcycle cleaner and a hose. I removed the cone filter and did a k+n re charge and put a plastic bag over the open trumpet. I had to go over a few bits twice and had to wait for the filter to dry. Im gonna get some auto glym engine cleaner for the future and some longer brushes apparently the auto glym stuff is the best?

No recirculation here, perhaps i should have mentioned that in the original add, this is the samco pipe that rcm sells, the take off goes to the aos and is from merlin motorsports. It can be blanked off if need be. Im only changing it because ive gone rotated turbo.

So ive bolted back up.... And the hand brake is now binding, tomorrow ill take it all apart again and adjust the shoes. Ive got nothing but time......
