It had sheared off the circular base - so when it bent upwards it was just the metal bending!

This was my original problem (steering wheel tilted up for no apparent reason) but was still able to turn left and right

Swapping out the old coil pack for a working one (coils 1 and 3 were arcing). Now runs perfect, no lumpy or jerky idle . Buzzing

Putting the reg plate over one side of the bumper with M3 tape. The other side is going to be a direct cold air feed.
