When i got her she was totally standard never been abused or never been touched by a modder, the car drives mint its one of the few even though the mileage is slightly high it will correct its self in time, the car cost me £6000 when i bought it but the car has got Full subaru history, few owners and both where ladies so though its a good buy i test drove it the gearbox is lovely and smooth with gentle gatey feel to it, clutch nice and positive and there isnt one mark on the car anywhere, no rips burns or bad smells, i inspected the boot and the last owner even went to the trouble of putting a air freshener in there lol! some people hey!
the boot floor is imac and very clean underneath you can see this car has not been abused in anyway, the pre owner for some reason put some dotz 17" 5 spoke alloy wheels on and didnt have the standards as they also had a version 5 scooby and used the wheels on there i didnt understand that myself the dotz are pants hate them they will be upgraded very shortly
Engine/Drivetrain Modifications:
The engine is totally standard with the airbox and it looks like a plain jane car, the intercooler is in mint condition with no bent fins or anything, the car is a gem and very hard to find in this condition especially with the quality of the engine too
Suspension Modifications:
there is only the standard boaty wrx suspension, which is totally different to the classics i cant get over how different the drive is, it will take some getting use to comeing from my version 3 Sti to this
Wheels/Tires Modifications:
17" dots with 205x45x17 tires fitted Wanli yuk!
these are disgusting alloys i cannot stand them would rather have had the standard alloys instead lol
Interior/Exterior Modifications:
it has the table top low spoiler fitted can see a upgrade there, but its a bog standard wrx at the moment looking very bland and not what we all know a wrx to look like big wheels spoilers etc but it will get done
Future Modifications:
When on hols this year (july ish) i will be having the engine rebuilt with ACLs and Duraglide, having a nitride crank and possible having the bores smoothened and what ever they do for less friction
at the same time i will be fitting a new stage 2 clutch and lightened flywheel which i already have waiting, once run in will look for a nice 400bhp possible turbo and some STI AVCS heads see what she pulls then, i have a set of injectors on order 440 cc so should make a bit of difference lol
