hi there scott the refund has been processed just this minute the items were sent via royal mail 2 days after ordering and went missing this is out of our hands and i am sorry about this, I mentioned a full refund as it was not your fault last week and since then we have been very busy with a member of staff away and i had to step into his place so there for have not been able to get in the office to run our scoobynet/ebay/paypal accounts properly for the past 10 working days i am sorry about this but there isn't enough hours in the working day unfortunately
