Guys, I've recently had to take action on a number of threads as fall-out from a trade dispute between Immy and Ross, by SN members who were not even involved in the transaction. It appears I may have missed notifying a few involved members, hence this sticky.

You may not like what has happened in this trade dispute, but taking actions such as trolling and hounding other SN members is in clear breach of forum rules.

So far, such posts have simply been removed and related threads lock/deleted, but as Kieran has previously said in the other ESC sticky thread; Any further posts will result in infractions (for each post) which may result in bans for the individuals concerned.

Apologies to those who feel embittered about Ross's predicament, but some of your actions are not the solution, and despite our requests, things are going too far now and it needs to stop. Trolling the seller, his threads, the moderators or any other asscocated s**t stirring (such as PM privacy and signatures) is not the answer and will only inflame matters and lead to escalation. No admin member wants to infract or ban anyone, but when our hand is forced it leaves us with little choice.

The parties directly involved have been directly told to sort this issue out off Scoobynet. And this goes for anyone who is third party to the situation, especially in an unrelated thread. If any further factual information is provided to us directly by Ross or Immy, we can at their request, post it in the project shafted thread.

If you really want to help: Get Immy and Ross to sort out a proper final solution between themselves....OFF Scoobynet!
