If I overtake him without goign over the speed limit or causing him to deviate his speed or course IN ANY WAY.... am I allowed to slam my brakes on, slide to a halt and drag him out the car and kill him if he then flashes his lights at me?

i just looked in the high way code and the same also applys to the muppets that do 40mph in a 60 and then carry on at 40mph in a 30
