just come back from lunch and driving across the car park to my parking space started to brake abs kicked in and started speeding up ended up dropping down a 3ft slop into the farmers field result one remodled lower valance

now know what i'm up to over the xmas period its strange tho as i'm not upset as it was such a low speed shunt even think i was chuckling when it happened as it was so pathetic oh well we have the technology

yeah thats what i was thinking or change the hole system to non abs???

lol yeah think i can find a panel beater somewhere

i do like the abw front splitter, will have to try and find another bumper so i can change between the 2

yep your right could of been alot worse, i was surprised at what little damage was done when we pulled it out

Feel for you Scott. It's good you can laugh it off as it can be a misty eyed moment when you kerb a wheel or scape a panel.

I parked my van on an icy slope today & all was well until my average sized passenger got out. The slightly lighter van lost traction with the road & started to slide down the slope. I had to double check the handbrake was still on, which it was.

Front wheel drive in reverse was the way to get up ice covered slopes & worked a treat for me today down several back roads.

might have to pop along to ABW over the xmas period (thats if they are open??) and take a look at the ta front splitter, just realised i've still got my earlier front bumper still sitting in the workshop bit of a bummer as i've just sold the fog lamp covers and brackets DOH

you was lucky then mark that you did'nt collect someone on the way down you've got to laugh, at the end of the day aslong as know one is hurt and no matter how much we love them they are still just a big lump of metal at the end of the day
