Does having the STI scoop on the front of my car use more fuel?
Reason for asking is this, i recently put the original scoop back onto car, put £20 petrol in and done 110 miles before the fuel light came on.
Before when i had the STI scoop, by putting same amount of fuel in car, i only got approx 80 miles?
It might even be due to the fact that spring is on its way!

There are loads of different variables that can be a factor.
The STI scoop is a lot bigger and may cause more drag.
Ambient temperature - the colder the weather, the more dense the air is so more fuel is injected into the engine. (Hence cars running much sweeter in misty/cold conditions

No, you need a turbonator to get to those figures 
The 2 are connected. More cold air means you can run more boost which uses more petrol.
