Came out the house to find a flat tyre on the scoob after taking the wheel off I found a screw embedded in the tyre right in the edge of the tread patten so it cant be repaired

After making a few phone calls I have found the Toyo T1-S's have been discontinued, my understanding is I can't replace this with a T1-R unless I replace the one on the other side at the same time ?? As the tyres are nearly new I wondered if anyone had a 225/40/Z18 T1-S that they are willing to sell to save me buying 2 T1-R's?
