Default Anyone recognise this car ?

First up, greetings from sunny Aberdeen, hope all is well in Essex.

Just wondering if anyone recognises my car. It's a Black 03 WRX SL, reason I'm asking here is it was first registered (on a private plate) in Essex so i'm putting 2 & 2 together and coming up with the answer Essex Scoobies !

It's been de-badged at some point, had mudflaps fitted, PPP and an aftermarket exhaust fitted (lovely noise btw !).

It' also looks like it's been stickered up at some point, there's certainly been an STi Performance sticker on the boot and maybe forum name stickers on the rear windows, possibly Scooby Cue or something similar ?

If the previous owner does reside on this forum then I just thought you'd like to know where your old car is now, if not, sorry for wasting your time guys !

If you have bought my old Blackbird you will have a great little car. It used to give a certain WR1 owner on here a run for its money when I had it
Good luck and enjoy

Do get some pics up tho

How she looked when I got her, haven't done anything other than added the STi 8 spoiler, stickers on the mudflaps and the (squint !!) WRX badge. I'm not really planning any engine mods, I like it the way it is. Is it your old one Supercue ? Reg D4 AWH originally ? If so what, if any, mods did you make and have you any photos of when you had it ?

Natkin that does sound like my car. Mods were very sensible as I was always concerned about the warranty etc.
IIRC the Dump Valve was changed, PPP, Green Panel Filter, Brakes were upgraded by Extreme and I had an H&S zorst (decatted of course)

Thanks to Mark for the go faster graphics because they added at least 40BHP

I cant remember much else being done tbh
I can tell you that mechanically (sp?) it was perfect and apart from servicing and a replaced clutch at about 25k it never ever let me down.

As these boys can testify it was well driven but never thrashed. I did quite a few track days both here and in Europe and have nothing but good memories of the car.

Yes it did light all four wheels across Tower Bridge
Yes it did go sideways through the Rotherithe Tunnel at warp speed
Yes it did perfect "Supercue Flick" starts at the Dartford Tunnel
Yes it did precision driving stunts as those of a slightly more nervous disposition can verify.
Oh and lets not forget this baby had the Ring sticker because it actually went round it unlike some
In fact it was probably the first ESC car to go round the Ring

Ed the blood was on the grill not the bumper and at 155 what did you expect?
