I need a fellow ESC member to accompany me as lead car. It would be helpful if they knew where they were going and its essential that they have a walkie-talkie (preferably 2, one set on channel 1 the other set on a different channel for Tunnel Run organiser traffic only)

Why are we only doing blackwall in one direction...

Also Directions say go through Dartford tunnel when it's actually the bridge...

Dont rely totally on it being closed when they say so... altho a good sign will be if the slip road is closed the bridge will be.

 

That's just what everyones saying......?

If it's open, will be a long run until first tunnel....

 

Because that's the route..... A2 into london A13 out of london. O2 arena is being used this year so no possibility of a regroup there. Therefore only 1 trip through the blackwall tunnel.

Bridge will be shut i am told by a very reliable source
We will get some decent footage from the tunnel this year I promise

We had some good footage last year, a few shots of the back of my car on fire captured by yourself at the end of the DVD

 

I am more than happy to be up the front somewheer helping out, although I have a car full of budding cameramen as well

So hope to have some decent footage as well

 

That was the best part of the run for me last year, chris' footage at the end of our slight detour
