Hi Guys,

Please can you keep your eyes out for my mates KA. Was nicked yesterday from outside our mates house fairly early yesterday morning. Luckily the house has cctv and it looks like it was put onto the back of a low loader, yellow cab. Happened in Laindon.

The reg of the KA is EX54 OHY. Is a pretty rare one as it's the only one any of our lot have seen in it's colour. It's a very dark blue / grey (pic below)

That's what we were thinking. The car is in superb condition. Only done 17k miles, not a mark on it and had just been fully detailed.

She's just hoping that the insurance company will give her what it's worth as we doubt she'll see it again.

 

I hope she get's it sorted, and we will keep our eyes out just incase. These people should be strung up.

found out this morning that the low loader we think it was taken away on was back in the same place. 2 guys in it, one stays there and the other one walks over to the shops by the train station. seems like they are following people who park there and then get on the train. so now have the reg of the low loader. will be passed onto the bib today so fingers crossed.

 

excellent news if someone gets taken off the streets for this/many others....

 

hope so. a certain other member here is keeping his eye out and is on the road in the area a bit more than most of us
