Had mine done after my service a couple of months ago. Noticed a difference straight away and they weren't that out of line to start with.

I had mine checked on Saturday as a bit of test to see if they had been set up correctly from the factory!

With 1300 miles on the clock it was veeeeeeeeeeery slightly out........

I had it all corrected and it made a lovely difference!

What a piece of kit!

Bibo & Mr Bush, anychance you could both post your final settings?
I'm genuinely interested to see if Xtreme set up your car, or use a more generic setting ala 'Prodrive' settings or use Subaru's tolerances.

As I said it was only a "touch" out,

It was set up for Subaru 07 - Pro-Drive

Before Measurments

Left Front ----- Right Front
Camber / Camber
-1.36' -0.57'
Caster / Caster
3.07' 3.17'
Toe / Toe
0.02' -0.13'
Front
Total Toe
-0.11'
Steer ahead
-0.08'

Current Measurments

Left Front ----- Right Front
Camber / Camber
-0.51' -1.00'
Caster / Caster
3.07' 3.17'
Toe / Toe
0.00' -0.00'
Front
Total Toe
-0.00'
Steer ahead
-0.00'

Hope this makes any sence!

I'll post the settings tommorrow, but I asked and they said they set them to "standard"?

He gave the rear little tweek too but it wasn't out.

He just leveled it up as they were still in tolerance but slightly out from the left to the right.

Yep, top work...... finally got round to finishing off the stainless additions with a new H&S up pipe.... (might be a bit psychological, but feels more responsive) - i think the damp air helps too!!!!

also had a bit more camber dialled in as it was set to standard a month ago and i was told to try it out and report back for user-desired tweaking.

got a bit more turn in now and feels like it needs a track day

also knowlsey came out with me "nerves of steel" and gave me full co-driver instructions on a test drive. lol. "second gear here...big boy and then nail it as you approach the apex" on a road i'd never driven down...

His opening comment on the first bend was "Are you gonna drive it or look at it???"

very pleased, again.

I said I wouldn't touch but you know how it is..............

Gave it a week or so and the exhaust was replaced, just wanting something else to do, getting restless!

Is alignment a good idea then? What exactly does it do?? How do you know when it needs doing?

Sorry for all the questions, but I am new to Subarus!

£55.00 - £65.00 depending on what needs adjusting / shimming.

full on adjustment with camber bolts etc can be alot more....

what i had done was a neutral setting to start with, then gradually dialled in a bit more turn the last time... that way you get a comparision and understand more what is going on, rather than going from an out of spec reading straight to another "out-of-spec for a reason" reading.

does that make sense??

Most places charge around £100..... Xtreme/Mocom for full check and adjustment, which I believe is money well spent.....

I was charged £65, I'm not sure if that was because of the voucher scheme they had or because only the toe needed adjusting?

I must say I was impressed to see the new facilities

Still I'd find it hard to stop using Mocom as what Zak doesn't know about Imprezas probably isn't worth knowing
