That was an awful accident . the incar footage is amazing and its got to be said a testament to the car builders that the driver got out so quickly and in one piece.
That guy was very very lucky.. the car is absolutely funked!!
Just a very simple reminder of how quicky it gets very very wrong when you have a combination of big power and mega sticky tyres in track.
Good to see the driver got out okay.

!right lets start a campaign to get mike to put a roll cage in his car for next season. when you see how quickly that happened it's got to be done.
I've been out in the car with mike and he can definitely handle the car no problem, but accidents happen and this shows how important it is to be prepared incase they do happen!

Frayz....
Tell him to look on the noticeboard at work.... Lot's of sheds on there...
As well as a nice Skyline and a couple of Scoobys!!!!!
Yep i saw this and TBH it scared me a little.....
I also had a big scare with the off at KH. The pictures didn't do it justice. I was a whiska away from rolling it there........
I have always resisted the roll cage as to me it signifies the death of the car as a comuter and heralds its life as a track/race car.... Which i guess is exactly all it was this year....
I have been keeping an eye out for a bolt in cage on here and on eBay and it appears that OMP are the only ones who do an off the shlef cage.
But i guess when i get the final prices and make my decision on TA next year (pretty much a cert i guess). Then i can make commitments like this.
Trouble is, if the roll cage goes in, then when my backs turned FRAYZ & ZAK will be ripping bits out of the car to save weight!!!!

Mike - have a look at this place. if you can get it shipped over they make some very impressive cages. i was going to get one a while back but the shipping cost put me off. have a word with wrx yank and he may be able to help out
