It's a fact of life that most only comment on the bad things in life, and in business it's rare to receive recognition for your efforts. This morning I received a letter through the post and just thought I'd share it with you..........

"Zak/Luke,

just wanted to say a big thanks for the work you did on my car. A service is a service, but what impressed me was the way you guys dealt with things that inevitably don't go as planned. When I fit AV distribution systems around a home invariably things don't go the way 'they say on the tin'. It's being able to adapt and find ways to deal with these things that take a level of skill, something a lot of people lack. You guys have that."

This means a lot to both Luke and I
