fozzie, slow charge them for at least 12 hours, discharge them, by using them and then recharge slowly again for about 3-4 cycles....
you will get much better life out of them....
in other words, "do not quick charge them for 4-5 cycles"

The only charger I have is the one that came with the Revo. 
Doesn't have a slow charge facility. Although it does say do at least 3 cycles for 3000mAh and above batteries. That is still only about 4.5 hours.
How much is another charger that can do both? Any ideas on what is a good one?

make yourself up a car bulb, with a connector and discharge the battery completely, once a month.
i think frayz has a "cycling" charger which can replenish incorrectly charged batteries.
i've learned by mistakes, unfortunately batteries are expensive these days, so need looking after

Fozz i have a full cycling system if you want me to set up your batteries for you.

boys, the blue led's have arrived, they are pre-wired for headlights and i will be distributing to the ESC drift fraternity ASAP.
