But we have been doing Barbies @ Events for a while now & they always go down a treat .

But...

A. Always have loads of food/ Stuff left over .

B . Same people always contributing food etc .

C . Normally have to many Burgers / Saus , & Not enough rolls , All varities of food

So here it what we Suggest ...

We have compiled a list of what we think would be good to bring along , With alot of varitey as well

So if you could just bring along something from this list below & Add your name next to it , We should get a good selection of food / Drink etc ...

I know this looks like a long list , But it is just an idea , & We would love to get it to work , Sure we can if we pull together as we know how & Let's show the other how it's done ..

If anyone else has any suggestions , We would like to hear them ..

For those who do not want to contribute , But would like to eat with us , Then perhaps a donation in the chariy box , Would not go a miss

If we find that we have lots of non perishable stuff left over then it can be kept & Used @ the next event ...

Received instructions from them that in no uncertain terms are we allowed BBQs due to high numbers, cars (petrol tanks) and the hot weather

But picnics are allowed - just no cooking...
