ESC Tunnel Run V ~ 25th October

OK this is it the official thread for THE event on the ESC calendar

It's time for the fifth annual ESC Tunnel Run

If you've never been before it is one of the biggest events of the year and last year we had Scooby owners from as far afield as Cornwall, Cumbria and Birmingham

Last year we had over 200 cars and the event was covered by Total Impreza magazine. Thanks to everyones generous contributions we raised £1,086.18 for ESSEX AIR AMBULANCE

We will be collecting again and hope to beat that figure this time around

We take in the dartford tunnel, limehouse link and blackwall tunnel. A quick stop at McDonalds and then back again.

Bring a map because someone gets lost every year

A route will be posted shortly.........

Book your travellodge early for cheap rates.

Hope to have some Time Attack cars with us this year to look at up close.

Milamber am I welcome in the MR2 turbo this year as I blew the scooby up coming home from the tunnel run last year. Will bring a friend with a 2006 sti ppp if you let me

As always it's a Subaru run but we will always have room for a few hangers on

We do want to limit the numbers of non-scoobies for safety sake really, it's hard enough to control 200+ subarus let alone 200 non-scoobs.

Could you make it clear that you are part of the tunnel run by having a tunnel run sticker (merchandise available soon) prominently displayed

Of course, all charitable donations are gratefully received.

Cheers Milamber. Last year by Mcdonalds there was a cosworth, 2 evo 6's, a gt4, fiesta rs and a couple of m3's. It just seemed like people joined on the journey last year. I dont know if a pink sticker will look good on a yellow car though
