Fitted the ecu into my import,

Car wouldn't start, (thought it wouldt)

The fuel pump does not prime up

Went to change transponder box around the barrell from donar car, aswell as the key to match ecu

But I have no where to plug this into on the loom

Does this mean I need change the whole loom?

 

u need to change the fuel pin and cam and crank wires on the ecu plug.

 

Iv swapped cam and crank wires over,, and moved the fuel pump pin to number 17 for immobiliser postion it says on the pin out diagram,, but won't start still as fuel pump will not prime up,,

Has the key from donar car 97uk needed to match the ecu to let it start?

 

ive swapped and changed ecus in my 98uk without need for coding or transponders etc, uk to import ecu i had to change the pins. maybe put the fuel back to 7 and see if it primes.. why are u putting a uk ecu into an import?

 

Lost all comp in my import lump, got uk car cheap so removed engine from it
